Zakres obowiązków:
Direct & optimize daily fleet & shore-based operations to ensure high performance & QHSE efficiency
Ensure safe, timely, & effective execution of complex marine projects, aligning with maritime regulatory requirements
Champion a culture of continuous improvement & operational excellence across all levels of the organization
Manage, design & deliver in-house & maintain full compliance with QHSE Management System & certifications (ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO), including GDPR
Plan, conduct, & report internal/external audits & hygiene inspections to maintain compliance & drive safety & quality standards
Chair the Shipowner’s Safety Committee, leading cross-functional safety initiatives & decision-making forums
Perform detailed operational risk assessments & data analytics to enhance safety & quality

Wymagania konieczne:

• wykształcenie: wyższe (w tym licencjat)
• polski, w mowie - C2 - biegły, w piśmie - C2 - biegły, angielski, w mowie - C2 - biegły, w piśmie - C2 - biegły
• Audytor wewnętrzny, Kapitan żeglugi wielkiej na statkach o pojemności brutto 3000 i powyżej, Książeczka żeglarska, biegła obsługa komputera, Microsoft Office, komunikatywność, wysoka kultura osobista, category B driving license
• Proactive & improvement-driven mindset, High attention to detail & strong documentation skills, Willingness to travel domestically & internationally •University degree / Postgraduate studies in preferably maritime field. •Minimum 2 years in maritime operational and safety roles. •Background as Master / Chief Officer and/or QHSE Manager.
